It starts with strategic model home packages. We have worked with our vendor partners to provide popular and compelling Model Home Packages. Products that give your model home an “up to date” feel and generate interest and ideas for your customers. Additionally, we offer close staff support and education. We want your people to feel confident about the items in their model home environment.
STEP 2:
This is what really sets us apart! During our Low Voltage Planning meeting at our Selection Center, we simply ask the right questions and then demonstrate the items of interest. We have been doing this for over two decades and we have established a line-up of brands and products that people want in their new home. When a customer sees products they like AND see them in action, they make an inspired buying decision. They can really picture themselves with the technology or product. Sometimes the homeowner will evaluate the technology and decide that it is not for them. It is all about understanding and helping them to make an informed decision.
