We have provided this customer support page to better assist you for general needs that may not require a service call. Please see the tabs to the right to see if you can meet your needs online!

User Manuals: If you don’t have your manual, simply look on your control panel box (usually located in a closet or electrical room) for the type panel you have. Then, click on the "User Manuals" tab to locate your system type and download the manual. With your manual you can perform minor programming such as:

  • Security Code Changes
  • Zone Bypassing
  • Door Chime Activation or adjustments
  • Troubleshooting
  • General Operation

Your User Manual can easily walk you through most issues you have and potentially save you from the expense of a service call! If not, we are here 24 hours to help you any way we can with your home security needs!

Insurance Certificate Request: After your installation or activation, you may qualify for discounts with your homeowners insurance company. Click on the link to the right: "Insurance Certificate Request" and submit the form and your insurance agent will be sent the appropriate information.

Feedback Survey: We always encourage feedback from you about your experiences with us. Please let us know how we are doing by clicking the link to the right "Feedback Survey" and submit your comments.
